Big Local is led by local residents, for local residents.
There are loads of ways for you to get involved. Whatever your age, skills or interests there is a place for you in Big Local.
Enthusiasm is more important than experience as there is lots of support and training available for Big Local volunteers.

Big Local is led by a Partnership made up of local residents and community volunteers. As a Partnership member, you will be helping to develop new community projects and monitor the progress of our Big Local Community Plan.
Our Big Local Community Newsletters are published every three months. If you would like to help write local interest stories, we’d love to hear from you!
Each year we put on a number of Big Local community events such as coffee mornings, family fun-days and a Christmas party. Lend a hand and help make our community events fun for everyone!
